Product Overview

The TC5003WN is the washer people mean when they say "they don't make them like they used to" — except Speed Queen still does, mechanical transmission and all, with most loads finished in about half an hour.

The Speed Queen TC5003WN Classic Clean top load washer in white is the machine people mean when they say "they don't build them like they used to" — a true dual-action agitator, a fast full-fill wash, and no compromise to chase an efficiency label.

It is also the only Speed Queen whose lid never locks at all. The spec sheet rates the TC5 “No Lid Lock – Full Cycle” — every other top load model unlocks only until the first spin. Open it whenever you want, start to finish.

Classic Clean means exactly that: the agitator moves clothes through the water the way washers did for decades, on a mechanically simple two-speed motor rather than a sensor-managed one.

Underneath is the same commercial frame and steel drive Speed Queen builds for laundromats, backed by a 5-year full factory warranty covering parts and in-home labor. Designed, engineered, and assembled in Ripon, Wisconsin.
