Delivery Area
Speed Queen Residential delivers to the continental United States. We are unable to ship directly to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations. However, we can ship to freight forwarders within the continental US. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Remote & Hard-to-Reach Areas
Deliveries to remote areas may incur additional surcharges. Extra fees may apply for stacked and commercial-grade units, deliveries requiring stairs, appliances over 300 lbs, and very remote locations. Enter your ZIP code on any product page or in your cart to confirm eligibility for free delivery.
Ferry Deliveries
Orders requiring ferry transport are subject to a flat $200 surcharge. Common ferry delivery areas include Fire Island, Shelter Island, parts of Washington State, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard. This fee is non-negotiable and will be added to your order total.
Truck Access
Delivery is made via full-size freight trucks. If your road has weight or size restrictions, please contact us before ordering. We will authorize a smaller truck if one is available at the local delivery terminal. If a smaller truck is not available or cannot access your location, the customer is responsible for making alternative arrangements. A small truck surcharge may apply.
Installation Requirements
All installations require existing utility connections (water, gas, or electrical) to be in place and up to code. Our installation team connects to existing lines only — we do not perform modifications, run new lines, or do any carpentry or cabinet work. Gas appliance installation must meet local code requirements. New connection kits are required for all installations and cannot reuse existing parts.
Warranty on Relocated Products
Products moved outside of the continental United States may have their manufacturer warranties voided. Speed Queen Residential is not responsible for any issues with products relocated outside the delivery area.
